First Jing
Although I already have a MacBook Pro with capture capabilities (using command-shift-4), this screen capture was done using Jing - saved to my desktop - and imported into my blog. Works pretty easily. OK - so the editing capabilities with my computer's screen capture are not as sophistocated as Jing - (arrow, content box) - each one works fine.
